What we collect
- Order info: name, shipping address, email, phone (optional), and what you bought.
- Payment info: processed by Shopify/Stripe. We never see your full card number.
- Newsletter info: just your email, if you sign up for the Captain's Dispatch.
- Site analytics: anonymous page views and basic device info to fix things that break.
- Cookies: small ones to keep your cart from forgetting you between pages.
How we use it
- To fulfill and ship your orders.
- To send order confirmations and shipping updates.
- To send you newsletters and new comic drops — only if you opted in.
- To prevent fraud and keep the lights on.
Who we share it with
Only service providers we need to run the store: Shopify (orders & checkout), Stripe (payments), our shipping carriers, and our email provider. We do not sell your information. Ever.
Your rights
You can ask us to access, correct, or delete your personal information at any time by emailing hello@saltandsoundapparel.com. You can unsubscribe from emails using the link at the bottom of any one we send.
Kids
The site isn't directed at children under 13. If you're under 13, please don't send us your info. Have a parent grab you a comic instead.
Changes
We may update this policy now and then. We'll change the "last updated" date above when we do. Significant changes will be announced on the site or by email.
