30-day return window
You have 30 days from the delivery date to request a return. Items must be unworn, unwashed, with original tags attached, and in the original packaging.
How to start a return
Email returns@saltandsoundapparel.com with your order number and the reason. We'll send you a return shipping label and instructions.
Refunds
- Approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days of us receiving the return.
- Original shipping is non-refundable unless the return is our fault (wrong item, defect, damage).
- Sale items and clearance ("Last Cast") are final sale unless defective.
Exchanges
Easiest way to exchange a size or color: return the original and place a new order. That way you get the size you want before it sells out.
Damaged or wrong items
If your order arrives damaged or we sent the wrong item, email us within 7 days of delivery with a photo. We'll fix it at no cost to you.
Non-returnable

- Digital downloads (comics, wallpapers)
- Items marked "Final Sale" or "Last Cast"
