Processing time
Most orders ship within 2–3 business days of being placed. Custom and pre-order items will note their own timing on the product page.
Domestic shipping (United States)
- Standard (USPS / UPS Ground): 3–7 business days.
- Expedited: 2–3 business days, calculated at checkout.
- Free standard shipping on U.S. orders over the threshold shown at checkout.
International shipping
We ship to most countries. Delivery times vary by destination (typically 7–21 business days). International customers are responsible for any import duties, taxes, or customs fees charged on arrival.
Tracking
You'll get a tracking link as soon as your order ships. If you don't see the email, check your spam folder before assuming a pelican intercepted it.
Lost or stuck packages
If your tracking hasn't moved in 7 business days (U.S.) or 21 business days (international), email hello@saltandsoundapparel.com and we'll start a trace with the carrier.
Address accuracy
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We can't be responsible for packages delivered to wrong addresses entered by the customer, but we'll do our best to help.
